The health and safety of our people is paramount. We believe the best health and safety outcomes are achieved by working closely with our partners and our people to understand the risks they may face, and to implement controls which are effective and sustainable.
Agri Labour Australia invests heavily in our health and safety systems to ensure they remain lean, effective and contemporary. We can provide total health and safety consultancy if required, or adopt elements of our clients health and safety system depending on their needs and preferences.
All of our workers complete general health and safety induction training online, on-site and task specific training prior to starting work; so they bring with them health and safety knowledge and skill that is appropriate for their environment and their role.
